Service & Repair of Existing Systems



When it comes to repairs and service,

NO ONE KNOWS IRRIGATION LIKE WE DO!

Because irrigation systems are installed underground, it is often difficult to pinpoint problems. That is why Richmond Irrigation possesses the best troubleshooting equipment as well as the best technicians.

Richmond Irrigation keeps records on each system that we maintain, which allows us to arrive at your house better prepared. In addition, once you are an existing customer, we contact you to schedule the spring start-ups and winterizations.

Pay in advance for a full year of service. You can choose to start the agreement in the fall (prior to winterization) or in the spring (prior to start-up).

Annual Maintenance Agreement includes:

Prevent costly damage by winterizing your irrigation system

  • system start-up: pressurize system, run zones to check for proper operation/coverage, and setup watering schedule
  • system evaluation: completed at startup, a report detailing any issues or recommendations will be emailed to you shortly after the start-up date
  • winterization: turn off the water and blow out irrigation lines using compressed air
  • 10% discount for repair work completed on this system, during the agreement. Value of discount shall not exceed the total of this agreement and cannot be combined with other discounts.
  • Richmond Irrigation contacts you by e-mail to arrange for convenient scheduling.

***Pricing is based on $70 base charge which covers 3 zones of irrigation system, each zone in excess of 3 is an additional $10

OPTION TO INCLUDE BACKFLOW TEST:

Test sprinkler system's backflow prevention device and submit paperwork to appropriate county/city department - $65

OPTION TO INCLUDE PRE-AERATION FLAGGING VISIT:

We will send a technician out to flag the location of sprinkler heads to prevent damage to your system from aeration/overseeding operations - $40

ADDITIONAL SERVICE VISIT:

To adjust controller for summer watering, fall seeding, or any other reason for in-season visit - $35 (Trip Charge), any repairs made during these visits are billed separate.
